Thank you for shopping at Shopbloxs.com! After placing your order, here's how to receive your items—please read carefully based on what you purchased.

For Grow a Garden, MM2, and Other Live-Delivery Games

These games do not support offline gifting, so it's required that you:

Join our official Discord server to claim your order.
You must interact with our staff to complete delivery.

Why is Discord Required?

Games like Grow a Garden and MM2 require real-time interaction. That means we can’t send your items automatically—you’ll need to meet us in-game. Discord allows us to:

• Communicate quickly and clearly with you
• Coordinate a time to meet in the game
• Deliver your items safely and correctly

How to Claim:

1. Join our Discord server using the invite link in your order confirmation email.
2. Go to the #claim-items channel.
3. Open a ticket and follow the bot’s instructions (you’ll be asked for your order number and email)
4. Wait for a staff member to respond. Be sure to check notifications and respond—we can’t deliver if you go inactive.

Note: Orders are fulfilled manually and as quickly as possible. Please be patient—our team may be in a different time zone.

For Blox Fruits Permanent Items, Game Passes, or Physical Dragon Orders

You have two options to claim your items:

Method 1: Discord (Recommended & Fastest)

1. Join our official Discord server.
2. Go to #claim-order, open a ticket, and follow the prompts.
3. A staff member will verify your order and deliver your items.

Method 2: Email

If you do not want to use Discord:

• Email us at support@shopbloxs.com
• Include:
  • Your full order receipt
  • Your Roblox username (not your display name)

Important: Be sure all information is accurate. Mistakes can cause delays or prevent delivery, and we cannot guarantee replacements for incorrect submissions.

Blox Fruits allows us to gift you while you are offline! So these orders are typically done within 2 hours. 

For Blox Fruits Accounts

No Discord needed! We’ll email the account details to you within 24 hours (usually 2–4 hours). Please make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
