How long does delivery take?+
Delivery time varies by game/item, but most orders are started quickly. If you’re waiting longer than expected, contact us with your order # and Roblox username so we can check the delivery status.
I entered the wrong Roblox username — can you fix it?+
Yes — message us ASAP with your order # and the correct username. If delivery already started, we’ll tell you the best next step.
I didn’t receive an email confirmation+
Check spam/junk first. If it’s not there, contact us with your name/email used at checkout and we’ll resend your confirmation.
My delivery failed / items missing+
This is usually caused by privacy settings, incorrect username, or the account not being ready in-game. Send your order #, Roblox username, and what happened (screenshots help).
Do you offer refunds?+
