Terms of Service

1.1 The Service. ShopBloxs operates a digital storefront that offers Roblox-related digital items and delivery services ("Digital Items").

1.2 Operator. The Services are operated by ShopBloxs ("ShopBloxs," "we," "us," "our").

1.3 Contact. Support inquiries should be sent to support@shopbloxs.com or through the support channels on the Site.

2.1 Age. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

2.2 Capacity. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The Services are intended for users in jurisdictions where the sale of Digital Items is permitted. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

3.1 Registration. Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3.2 Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Suspension / Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose risk to other users or the Services.

4.1 Listings. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free.

4.2 Pricing & Currency. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and fees may be added at checkout.

4.3 Payment. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.

4.4 Order Acceptance. Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability). If we cancel a paid order before delivery, we will issue a refund.

4.5 Roblox Username. You are responsible for providing the correct Roblox username for delivery. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect username you provided.

5.1 Nature of Digital Items. Digital Items are intangible goods or services delivered electronically or in-game. You are purchasing access/delivery, not ownership of any intellectual property.

5.2 Delivery. We use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver promptly. Delivery times depend on game systems, trade restrictions, and your availability.

5.3 Buyer Cooperation. Some deliveries require you to be online, accept a trade, or perform an in-game action within a reasonable time. Failure to cooperate may result in delivery being marked complete or the order being voided.

5.4 Confirmation. Once an order is marked delivered based on our records (system logs, screenshots, in-game confirmation, or similar evidence), it is treated as fulfilled.

All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary: digital items are non-refundable once delivered, except as expressly described in the Refund Policy.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or stolen payment information.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features.
• Resell, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the Services.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, our staff, or our delivery agents.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Services without permission.
• File chargebacks for orders that have been delivered.

Violation may result in immediate suspension, denial of future service, and legal action.

8.1 Our Content. The Site, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and code, is owned by ShopBloxs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8.2 Third-Party Marks. Roblox and any game-related names, logos, and assets are trademarks of their respective owners. References on the Site are for identification only and do not imply endorsement.

8.3 DMCA. Copyright concerns are handled under our DMCA Policy.

The Services involve interaction with third-party platforms (such as Roblox and games operated by third-party developers). We do not control those platforms, and your use of them is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including bans, trade restrictions, account limitations, or system changes.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific delivery time will be met.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopBloxs and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 90 days before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShopBloxs from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ShopBloxs operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@shopbloxs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days.

14.3 Arbitration & Class Waiver. Any unresolved dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You and ShopBloxs each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and DMCA Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ShopBloxs.
• Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
• Headings. Section headings are for convenience only.
